About Us
The Marsh/Miller family moved into Wenvoe in 1969 when Ann & Sam Miller bought Ty Luc. In 2006, we, the current Marsh family bought Ty Luc, thus making Wenvoe, Twyn-Yr-Odyn and the surrounding area very dear to us.
When we heard The Jockey was closing we thought it was time to give back to our community by breathing love and life back into the 17th Century Country Pub.
We are dedicated to providing an inviting atmosphere for all, as a community orientated pub that will balance traditional charm with modern hospitality offering high quality food and good beer.
With a commitment to exceptional service and a warm ambience, we aim to create a space where guests feel at home and can enjoy a delightful and luxurious experience.
We intend providing a Wednesday Luncheon Club for those wishing to enjoy a meal and a chat with friends old & new. Live entertainment, quizzes and much more!
